Teri Ruff

Teri Ruff, is the CEO of UTR Investments LLC a licensed Managing Broker for 15 years in the State of Illinois and Indiana. She holds a Degree from RMU in Legal Studies and is an ABA certified Paralegal. Teri is an Accredited Licensed Real Estate Investor, Real Estate Developer, Consultant, VP of Construction Development, Licensed Real Estate Instructor, Title Agent and a Commercial Mobile App Developer.

Teri, has orchestrated multi million dollars in real estate transactions on both the purchase and sell side throughout her career. Teri, has worked with major firms and as a Director with Fathom Realty, Redfin and several large commercial investment firms throughout her Career.

Teri sits on several Organizational Boards and holds memberships of several professional associations to name a few CAR, NAR, NIRA, BCOE, GSA, WWA.

Teri, holds certifications and designations in Probate, Negotiations, New Construction Specialist, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Veteran Advantages, Risk Management, Residential Property Management, 1031 Exchange, Commercial Real Estate, International Real Estate and a host of others. She enjoys helping people to procure real estate in different avenues and educating them on the vast possibilities that real estate can offer.

Teri, is the President and Licensed Developer and Consultant for Ruff Development a WBE, WOSB and LEED Certified Residential and Commercial Full Service Development Firm with project developments on both local and international borders.

Teri is the VP of Ruff Framing Inc a MBE, DBE, and HUB Zone Certified, commercial licensed General Contractor, who self performs carpentry and is signatory to the Mid America Carpenters Regional Council. Additionally a JV partner of Chicago Sports Construction Firm that manufacturers synthetic turf.

Teri is also a founding Board member of Ruff Foundation a 501c3 and National CDC that provides jobs, bridges the gap in families and produces sustainable housing in least ethnically diverse communities.

Teri is also a wife of over 21 years and a mother to 5 amazing sons. She enjoys time with family, Philanthropic duties, hosting, swimming, painting and traveling.
